Very professional job and people
After having a misunderstanding, the customer service lady apologized and took excellent care of my car. They were efficient and provided timely service. In addition, they kept me informed every step of the way. I would use this collision service again, of ever needed.
Not only did yhe facility look abandoned with the tall grass. But a young receptionist was rude. She did not offer any assistance when she discovered the insurance company had not sent my info. However. Another lady finally came and she did assist me and try to make it right. But I was initially turned off by the customer service.
My car had some scrapes near the fender an now they’re fixed, but at what cost? These are the issues I encountered upon pickup: They left the cover for the diagnostic area off and did not tell me. There was an unbranded styrofoam cup in my car. They made no effort to vacuum or clean out the footprints on my car mats. I dropped my car off on a rainy day so there’s no way I had footprints on the driver’s seat mat. Magically the inside handle for one of my doors stopped working all of a sudden.
