I recently took my mother to see Dr. Yannuzzi regarding the Macular Degeneration in one eye and the beginning of it in the second eye. She flew from Atlanta. I met her in Miami for her appointment. My 86 year old mother sat in a hard, uncomfortable chair for 4 hours.... for 14 minutes of Dr. Yannuzzi's time. While I believe his diagnosis and advice were valuable, he has a long, long, long way to go on his bedside manner. Questions were discouraged. One was even virtually sneered at. Dr. Yannuzzi has been a blessing in our lives. My husband almost lost his vision and now he’s doing so well. He explains everything to detail and doesn’t rush you out. Highly recommend asking for him on your next visit, he’s simply the best..
