Had some glitches with changing my policies- but no fault of any individual. However,Mr.Scott McGregor. Went out of his way to resolve my concerns and then sincerely followed up , including advising me to call him for any future concerns etc. I sincerely would say he absolutely deserves a great commendation for his dedication to solving my concerns and his sincerity .
