Been with this company for years. Last year, my home and auto went up $600 and this year, again another$600. Contacted them and 5 days later they responded sorry nothing we can do. No explanation and no claims to warrant this. Then they just said try contacting your broker. Contacted him and got no response. Several days later I contacted them again asking to advise as James Washington didn't respond to me. Again they didn't answer so several days later I told them I would be cancelling shortly.
