I’ve been getting my vehicle serviced by unico for the past 3 year and today on September 20th i noticed my timing belt tensioner was failing on me causing my engine to overheat and all I had to do was one simple phone call and they had me come in within 10 minutes prior to the phone call and serviced my vehicle right away in a quick and professional manner. My check engine light turned on and I was told it was the catalytic converter. After paying $1,450 to replace it, hours later the light came back on. I took it back and they charged me an additional $150 to replace the one they picked up and installed. Then after replacing the catalytic converter again the light came back on for the 3rd time. Now they want to charge me again for work they did and failed to fixing the first time.
