I was referred here for a blood draw and and the staff was awesome. My phlebotomist Peter was professional, efficient and had a sense of humor. The woman at the front desk was very meticulous and ensuring that the proper paperwork and files were all set to go. When we were done, I paid for the blood draw, and she carefully explained the charge and put all my paperwork together and stapled it for me.
Nasty customer service, i wish we can go back to our old lab company, the way they talk to the nurses are degrading!
They refused to take complaints from patients
