We had Nicky's BBQ Catering out to our home to cater my youngest son's baptism and picnic in June. Nick worked well to help us find a menu within our wants and needs for a picnic. The food was excellent and loved the leftovers. I was impressed by the setup and his food presentation all the while leaving me the ability to visit with my friends, family and guests. I would use Nicky's BBQ again in the right venue, but you gotta have lots of beer to go with the pulled pork and ribs!
