I am here at the salon with my granddaughter. We tried to explain to the lady that she’s getting a touchup. She proceeds and washing her hair. We try to explain to her she was getting a touch up. The language barrier is not good. She didn’t understand me and I didn’t understand her so unfortunately, this is my last time coming here.
I’ve been going to Nicky for over 10 years. She and her staff are amazing! Can’t say enough good thing about them!!
