This is hands down the best experience I've had buying a home. And this is the 4th! The process could not be more simple and painless. We had a short escrow and bought the house under asking. Unheard of not only in this era, but also in the Palisades neighborhood. Thank you Nicky and team! Nicky also went above and beyond helping with things she did not need to nor was it a part of her job. I couldn't be happier. We will 100% use her every single time I'm in need of an agent. She is tops!
