The place is as unprofessional as it gets. They will not take responsibility for their actions. We scheduled an appointment a week prior and described our car and ita issue in detail, specifically asking if they can work on this car. We were told they they "work on them all the time and have one sitting in the shop right now." When I asked to speak to the mechanic, they "verified" and said it was ok.
