We had the brunch on Saturday service was good food was good had a good time
Had the blackened chicken sandwich. My wife had the boom boom shrimp tacos. Both were delicious. We also had the fish dip. I found it to be on the dry side but still good. Our waiter was friendly, professional and attentive. We'll be back again and try other entrees. And having a view of the bay is always good.
I always have a great meal and service when we visit. I would recommend this restaurant to all my friends. We love Sunday brunch and just normal any day eating. They make a great white sangria that I always ask for and the food has always been great.

My boyfriend and I dined at Nicks for the first time. We stopped here while on a one day trip to Pensacola. The food was great and the portions was good. While we waited for our food the waiter brought over hush puppies on the house while we waited for our dishes. I ordered the shrimp platter and it was delicious. The waiter was friendly. And the view of the water was refreshing. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because their was a cat on the outside eating area and I'm not fond of cats. We will definitely be going back.

Had the lobster shrimp bisque and the fresh grouper piccata...... AMAZING! My girlfriend's mix drink was well made and unique. Service was good. My only complaint was aside from the Meomi pinot noir, their wine list was very bottom shelf. A boathouse should have a least one decent white wine. Yellow tail, beringer, and Kendall Jackson don't count.
My husband and I have been there four times now the first two times it was really good. The last two times we have been the fish platter I had was so overcooked and over fried it was awful and my husbands breakfast tacos were terrible and his sausage was burnt this is the second time it was like this ... dry and over cooked but we went back thinking it would be better this time but it wasn't. Maybe need a new chef or cook back there in the kitchen. Was very disappointed in our experience cause we loved going before.
