NICK IS A LIAR! The poorest of communicators. Had my car for 3 days and then blamed the parts delivery driver for not delivering parts. But was told would have the part Friday no later than 3:30. A simple call stating the part didn’t come is all that was needed. Instead, I have to call and then he’s irritated I’m calling. Claims multiple ppl contacting, completely untrue. You received 2 calls per day, the morning and the evening requesting an update. If he called back like he said he would there would be no issue. Hire help ... read more
I will give 1000 starts - 5 starts is not enough. Mike took care of my old 2012 Volvo Tire/Rim and waived the entire cost for replacing the entire tire and rim. It had tire damage with rim broken. He gave me a plan to get tire, rim replaced (where to buy rims as well) and when to get back to him to get it replaced so that he can give me car ASAP without waiting. Although, the new rim gave issues to get on the old tire I had, he went above and beyond to get the tire on the rim and got my Volvo back on road. Thanks a lot Mike... read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hey Nick! You are a liar and your business is a joke. You had my car for three days and no work was done at all. The “free estimate” you say cost me much money and time. I took it to another shop today and it was fixed in four hours for the correct diagnosis. The car was not brought to you for a ABS control issue at all. That was your diagnosis after I told you that I couldn’t get the traction control light off. My tire had a nail. Mike helped me get it fixed right away. No charge. Excellent service. It will be my go place for my car maintenance from now onwards.
I came here on a Sunday morning. Keep in mind most other shops are completely closed.... Mike was able to help me on the spot. I had a nail in my tire in a tricky spot, mike was able to plug it somehow. I asked how much do I owe him, he said leave me a review on Google. Courtious, cooperative, great customer service, and a nice guy. 10/10 experience.
