I never expected to get exquisite service from a used car dealership, Nick and Leslie at Nicks Auto was 100% honest with my wife and I, Leslie followed up with us after the sale to ensure our complete satisfaction. Great Experience! I was able to purchase my new car easily and at a great price 2 months ago. They were very flexible with the price and made it a pleasant buying experience. I just came in for service and it was even better. Was in and out before I knew it and they didn't try to "upsell" me on useless services. Highly recommend!
I had agreed to replace a running light and recharge air conditioning both of which were completed before delivery of the vehicle. This was a $4000 vehicle. The sunroof being fixed was not something I agreed to do I took into account the fact it did not work and discounted the price of vehicle accordingly. Honest people at nicks always goin outta there way to help
mr. nick doesn't deserve one star. first of all, you need to know that none of his employees have sales licenses, which is ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. He buys his cars wholesale and doesn't fix anything and knows they are broken when sells. he charges illegal bank fee's to customers and lies about it. He is an awful man and if you buy a car there, you deserve what you get because you have been warned. I purchaced my 1st car from Nick in 2006 at that time my credit was less than standard. I previously attempted to purchace a vehicle at just about every dealership that had advertised "IN HOUSE FINANCING" yeah rite.. they can finance anyone (anyone but me that is) when i ran into Nicks. and it was so easy i couldnt believe it I DROVE HOME WITH A CAR THAT DAY.. The guys and gal at nicks are merricale workers and always treeted me like family.
I'v bought 2 vehicles from Nick's in the past 2 years they always give me a great Deal! They are good people and Leslie is always the best.
i don't know why everyone is saying this is not a good car lot cause i test drive a car from there and it was just fine no one can sale car's on a lot with car's that are bo bo it's against the law they can get sew from alot of people cause that is not right they seem like honest people there but anyway i beleive there ok so i don't know what experince anyone eles has had andi am not buying a car if it is not good cause i will sew them thanks be bless always christine cowan / doerr and michael cowan
