GOOD PLACE – i found this place off of this site.. i wasnt gunna go but it was close and they said they had my glass over the phone... i usually wouldnt take the time to write on this but i think i owe it to them to make a good revieww bc i was very happy with their service and it doesnt seem like the type of place that would get these other reviews

Fast and friendly – I needed to replace broken window. This place was closest to me and they said to just come in. I was quoted the best price, so I just drove there despite reviews, and boy was happy I did! They immediately ordered the glass and started to prepare my car. I did not want to wait for glass delivery, so the owner offered to drive me home. This was very nice of him, not to mention that when I forgot the house keys at the shop (since they are attached to my car keys), and realized that already home, he went back... read more
Best Prices and Service – I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, but I had a good experience at nicks. They gave me a great price for my cracked side view mirror, while Pontiac would have charged me an arm and a leg. They were very reasonable and my car was in and out. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, and I would deffinately return to Nicks if I ever needed my car serviced again.
Quality service – I was very happy with my service at nicks. He gave me the best price in the area for my windshield and my car was done in 2 hours max. I would recommend Nicks to anyone that needed their glass fixed. These other ratings aren't doing this business any justice. Might be their competitors trying to make them look bad, but I had no problem at Nicks.
Unprofessional and very poor business manners – I was quoted $125 for my windshield and then when I got there the price happen to be $150. Then I was told it’d take about 25-30 minutes for the windshield. They did not say they’d need to order it. If I knew I would have never agree to wait for it. Within 15mins of waiting one of the guys order one of their workers to rip out the windshield. After an hour has passed still no windshield. Don't believe the price quote – I was quoted one price and Chris tried to charge me another. On top of that I was put on hold multiple times before I could even schedule my appointment. All I can say is do yourself a favor go elsewhere.
Skip this place - Trust me – So Chis is a nice guy on the phone. But you show up and he marks up the price $100 and then tries to sell you a different glass. Non of the workers are licensed either... get your glass fixed at your own risk..
