The worst Endriconologist is Juan Mejia. As a doctor he can be great I bet but his practice is terrible. Their secretaries are witches. Nasty people that cancel appts last minute which have been made for months and then have no care for my sick son who has a bad liver. Bad people and they never have anything available and they will cancel on u repeatedly
This was a rheumatology appointment please keep in mind. My daughter has a disease that causes her to be in pain and entire out quickly. Very crappy I had an appointment scheduled for 1245 then they changed the time to 1145. I live an hour and a half away. I tried calling them at 11:45 because I was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t make it in time. I called today at 10:25am and the lady I spoke to initially was so rude, felt like I was bothering the person who is supposed to answer the phone. Will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. Maybe a class in being kind and helpful would help, it’s a children’s hospital after all.
