I’ve seen several doctors and a number of therapists trying to get answers for my autistic son. I can’t express how difficult it is searching for help with little to no information or background on what you are experiencing, and not much help from your child’s primary care doctor but today, I got the help that I’ve been in search of for the last 3+ years in less than an hour. I called one month prior to my appointment to asked for the time and address. I was given the palm beach garden’s address. I arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment to learn it is at the Palm City location. Both locations acted as if it was my fault for receiving the wrong information. Like I should know the doctor’s schedule. If the person I spoke with on the phone had taken the time to look I wouldn’t have wasted 2 hours driving with a very upset toddler I might add. Our Dr was excellent however desk/answering staff and billing were completely incompetent. Still fighting a bill from 2021 bc they couldn’t update new insurance information and billl the right company after repeated calls to the manager have gone unanswered.
In my experience, this place is a 💎, Doctors are very professional and good listeners , they ask the right questions, get to the point without getting me confused , they will take their time if you have any concerns or more questions, I love that I never feel rush, they are always a helping hand to make things smooth for parents and their children. 0 STARS. They incorrectly charged me for the birth of my daughter, saying that Dr. Anthony Orsini "assisted" in the birth and charged me almost $1k. I can say with 100% certainty that there were NO MALES present in the room during the birth or our 3 day stay. If he or anyone from his hospital was there I would assume an introduction was necessary. I have messaged them multiple times about THEIR mistake and they are zero help. All they say is he was there.
