Mrs. Sharon Hardnett, is a very friendly and helpful. Well spoken and easy to communicate with.
I have had a terrible customer service experience with this practice. I have received referrals for my son to have therapies including ABA, his ABA coordinator needs a CDE evaluation document from my son's neurologist. I've been calling Nicklaus for the past 2 weeks and I just keep getting redirected to different departments, once I finally reached the correct department I was placed on an automatic voice message system, which I have already left several messages to the practice already. My next move is to go there in person... read more
My experience at Nicklaus Children’s at PBG was awesome, from check in the staff is nice, to the Dr. Thomas and his Np I forget her name but the visit was awesome.
Absolutely amazing……I would give million stars if it was possible….so thankful to Brianna she is amazing at what she does. Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive. If you are looking for feeding this is the spot….it is worth a wait
We are all n love with this place so clean and people so nice Ms Jane was helping us she fabulous I m so happy that i found this place for my boy
