I had a disappointing experience at Nicklaus Children’s Urgent Care Center in Midtown. The nurses and front‑desk staff were wonderful—kind, patient, and attentive. Unfortunately, the doctor was the opposite. He showed no empathy, was curt, and handled my 14‑month‑old with little care or skill. It felt robotic and dismissive. We ended up leaving and taking our child to another hospital where we received proper attention.
We had a wonderful experience at Nicklaus Children's Urgent Care with our daughter. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. The check in process was quick and efficient, and we were brought back and seen by the medical team much faster than we expected. Every staff member we interacted with made us feel welcome and genuinely cared about Luna's comfort and well being.
