Unfortunately we have had to be here a number of times. There is rarely a good reason to go to a hospital, and with every visit our list of disappointments grows exponentially. We long for improvements or another children's hospital. At the top of the list is the unacceptable reality that a Childrens hospital can not provide allergy safe meals. We have to jump through hoops for them to provide a meal for us. With allergies on the rise and various restaurants already seeing the need to cater to this situation it is inconceiva... read more
Es el mejor hospital de niños de la Florida en de otros países que yo he vivido los mejores médicos los mejores especialista para mi y muchas personas que han estado en ese hospital en la atención en todo pero en todo es superior la atencion limpieza es numero uno me encanta ese hospital lo amoooooo
I was told my sons appointment was for July 3rd and when I arrived she said there was a mix up in the system and that they only had space for 4 children to have a procedure he needed done and there were no more trays to do my sons. All this after I had taken my son off his schedule because he needed to be 1 1/2 hr with no food prior to arriving. I also was told I couldn't drive because I had a c-section so I needed a ride and that was an inconvenience to that person as well. Now I need to wait until the next appt to go. Hope... read more
