I love the early morning classes that I can take before I head to work. I also appreciate the we can zoom into most of the live classes. This makes it easier for me to hit my workout goals. The Warehouse provides fun fitness challenges throughout the year to help people stay on track.
I started Bootcamp at The Warehouse through community ed. It has been life changing. More confident, less anxiety, healthier habits, more focused, strength, flexibility, a better mom....the list goes on and on. All, not some, ALL of the women that I have met in class are so friendly and encouraging. I really appreciate the environment that Nickie and her team have created for the community.
This place is wonderful! It's all individual classes with smaller class sizes, so you don't feel lost in the crowd. The instructors are all incredible at teaching and running classes, and they're also really kind and willing to help and answer questions as well. The community that Nickie has built here is so supportive and inclusive -- it's hard for me to go to the gym as a bigger person who has been judged and mocked in that kind of environment before.
