All you landlords out there have no clue about who manages your property to tenants. They keep the cost low for you because they won't repair anything! They will say they will have repairs done AFTER your tenants move in and then KEEP THEIR DEPOSIT stating they caused PRE-EXISTING damage! Earnestine Nickel is a sleazy property manager. First of all, I see that most reviews on Earnestine Nickel are from investors/property owners. If you are a present or past tenant of this woman, I'd sure like to see your reviews. Great service. Very happy with them.
I have had my Dallas properties with Nickel since 2009 and overall it has been very satisfying. Are there hiccups? occasionally , of course, all management firms over time will have small ups and downs. Tenants come and go, but Nickels quick response and turn around times have mitigated much of the heartburn. I find their repairs to be priced fairly and prompt. We have used them for our property in Ft Worth. When problems such as repairs and maintenance came, they were resolved in a timely manner. Cost involve were fair and reasonable. Staff did an excellent job of managing the work and keeping us informed. we have worked with them since 2006.
