I meet Derrick by accident, but it was the best decision I made in listening to what he and his business are about. He came over to look at my house and his partner came the next day and made us an offer that we were very pleased with! Due to the holidays, closing was a couple weeks longer, but all in all very pleased with Derrick. Already recommended a copy people to contact him!

I called Derrick in January about selling my house. I wanted to move and not fix up my house. Derrick came to the house and gave me a price within a week, but i wasn't ready to sell. 90 days later I contacted Derrick and told him i was ready, we negotiated a fair price and I had a contract within 48 hours. 28 days later we closed. Easy and stress free! We could not be happier.
