Every staff is so professional and knowledge. They help so much to keep you and your pet calm. They don't rush you out the door and answer all you questions. Every time I go with my cat or my mom's dog its always a great experience.

Every veterinarian there, as well as all the techs and the staff, are exceptional. They truly care for the animals, and provide excellent care. They've helped me with a wide range of situations and health crises with my dog, and I have recommended them to everyone I speak with.
I can’t recommend Nickel City enough. We have a 12-year-old English Bulldog, and the staff and Dr. Alsford are fantastic with her (even when Sophie gives them a hard time). They get us in when stuff crops up (like this morning), and care for Sophie as if she was their own dog. It really is a great place, with knowledgeable, caring staff. Highly recommended.
