Nick is a great guy and a really great real estate agent! Very professional, friendly and knows what he is doing. Nick worked with me through the purchase of a new house. He is always patient, passionate and responsive. Given my budget was very limited and my desire to be in the City of Toronto, I was expecting a ran-down bungalow in a hard-to-reach neighbourhood.
