I left a ring in October that I wanted to be broken up and made into some earrings and a pendant. I met with Nick twice on how I wanted this done. I told him I needed them by Christmas Eve. I went on Christmas Eve and the ring had been taken apart but the earrings had not been started! I will not be going back! From October to Christmas Eve should have been time for this small of an order. Or at least be told before it was too late to get them done somewhere else!
Information needed on a bracelet left for repair. CanNOT get adequate information on this item. Calls not returned. Messages unanswered. Very disappointed. PLEASE correct this issue!!
