This was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. I have never experience more unprofessional, rude, entitled, demanding, disorganized and duplicitous behavior. This team was absolutely incredible, and the process was flawless start to finish! Victoria, in particular, is a huge asset to the real estate world, and anyone who hires her will not be disappointed! Her huge heart and tenacity drove home results that far exceeded expectations, and she made sure to protect assets that were key to survival from a very stressful situation. There are several words to describes Nick as a person and as a professional but 3 stand out: Exceptional, receptive, and kind. From the start of working with him, to closing on our first house, Nick cared about what we wanted and needed in a house. He was never too pushy about any detail or aspect about the process. Nick has been a pleasure to work with! He's super detail oriented and always has a proactive approach with his clients and title/escrow in communicating all details and special circumstances throughout the transaction.
