Lena took the time to carefully and methodically determine what was causing my chronic neck and shoulder pain, then figure out what stretches brought on the symptoms, and which ones took them away. After the second visit I was 90% improved. I had tried PT a year before for a car accident I was in, and it didn't last because I was given routines to do that just seemed to aggravate my neck. I cannot endorse Nick Rinard and his staff highly enough. I was treated by Margo for my last two visits and she's a Rockstar too! No more ... read more
After developing a rare disorder from a bicycling accident, a friend referred me to Nick. I am so thankful to have found him. In just one appointment, Nick had a diagnosis for me. With this condition, I have read that the average person goes undiagnosed for years before someone uncovers the true etiology. We worked together for months and he was instrumental in my recover. I was referred to Nick after pain in my lower back was keeping me from doing basic everyday activities and interrupting my sleep. After my first visit, I came home with assigned stretches that relieved a great deal of the pain immediately. Under his care, I have been strengthening muscles that have helped me to regain mobility and even start running again! Thank you, Nick and your staff for your desire to help get people out of pain and back to their regular routines!
I was referred to Nick by my neurologist for back pain due to spinal stenosis. He is fun to work with and very encouraging. I always felt I was getting quality evaluations and therapies, based on current medical science. He was helpful in making me see what exercises and activities I could do to improve back pain but also what to avoid that was making me worse. He understands how important it is to have a fun active life despite the challenges of degenerative joint and disc disease.
AMAZING results! Plus I reached out to them originally and was seen that same afternoon, talk about service
Fear is my worst enemy. Nick and Megan are helping me push through pain to gain mobility after my patellar dislocation. They are hands on and care about individual treatment of my specific injury. I'm very grateful the surgeon recommended them as I'm gaining independence every several days. A lot of work, but I'm encouraged. Hopefully I'll be mostly healed on time for Christmas.
