update... service manager stepped up and helped us out with the issues we had with her car... thank you for that.. sales brings them in... service keeps them coming back!!! this place sucks... they fix one problem then others "come up" after the "fix" and say it's not their fault. my daughter has had nothing but issues with her crappy ford. will never go there again and would recommend you steer clear.
