We were not prepared at all and they still found ways to get the deal done. From forgetting registrations to a title to the car we were trading in. They never told us how much of a pain we were even though we made them jump through extra hoops. I appreciate that professionalism. We some how scored gift cards to Home Depot and we are renovating a home so that was a bonus! We got a new car and help towards a bucket of paint for the renovations!

Garrett and Team at Crystal Ford/Lincoln are excellent! Garret help me through the phone since we are located in Jacksonville and everything we talked about stayed true after the next day and a 3 hour drive. The drive was worth it, and we’ll be back again when that time comes. Can’t say how much we appreciated the transparency and customer service we received. Thanks Garret, and thanks to all who helped!
