Car took way longer than it was supposed to many of the wrong parts were ordered when picking up the car for the first time wrong rim and wrong headlight was ordered. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I own a one man Woodwright shop waiting 3 months for my truck has placed me 2 months behind on orders. 3 Star : Repair Quality I rejected the vehicle for just painting over the dents after 3 months of waiting. My insurance company stated it would take 1 month. 2 Star : Customer Service Was not informed of the status of the vehicle unless I called and pressured them for an update. 0 Star : Returned Clean

1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Took way too long. 5 Star : Repair Quality The workmanship of the repair was excellent but the repair time was twice what was proposed. It took 10 working days to repair my car. Another shop said it would take them 3 days. I was without a car for 12 days. 5 Star : My Experience From start to finish, Patrick was in constant contact with me. I had my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time and the fit and finish was like new.
