Nick is not the first loan officer I’ve worked with but he’ll be my last because he’s who I’m calling for any future purchases! I have never worked with a more professionally competent individual that truly knows his craft. Nick circumvented any potential delays in my loan process by being ahead of the game gathering information which allowed me close on my new home in 30 days, start to finish!
