We have been 3 times now each bringing someone new and converting them. We always had a awesome time with our guest and our servers. Service hear is the best!!!
We absolutely LOVE NICK & JAKE'S (PARKVILLE).. IF YOU WANT A GREAT MEAL IN A GREAT RELAXED SETTING THIS IS THE PLACE.. WHETHER IT'S HAPPY HOUR OR WEEK-END GUESTS... YOU WON"T BE DISAPPOINTED EVER!
Went for our first experience and was seated right away and forgotten about. After 15 minutes of waiting we decided that customer service was not a strong suit for this establishment. If they where busy we could understand, but it was 11:15am on a rainy Saturday with only 6-7 tables occupied with other patrons. Lost us for any future reference or business. Such a nice place to be ran so poorly.
