Nick, and his associates are first class all the way. They go the extra mile, they are at your beckoned call. If you need to view a property and he is not available he will make sure one of his associates can. He treats you like his most important client with Southern hospitality. I would highly recommend The Holeman Group, you will want to use them again!!

I am biased. He is my son. But he has sold several properties for me. He is honest to a fault, cares about his clients, he has a non stop work ethic, and takes care of his business very timely. I would (and have) refer anyone looking to buy or sell a property to him. He is creative in his methods to sale and he is diligent in search for a property to buy. Look at all his reviews. I’m not alone in praising his work… I’m proud to have him as a son.

Couldn’t have had a better realtor! I could never brag on Nick enough, as a realtor or person. He listens, understands, guides, and helps in every way possible. He’s not just in it to make some money off a commission, he’s in it to help you find what you want and make the best choice for you. (Whether that ends in making making $ or not!) He’s beyond genuine, insightful, helpful, and knowledgeable. You won’t find a better realtor!

Nick Holman is the man! I am recommending him to everyone I know who needs a realtor. He is very knowledgeable of the market, and not in the game to make a profit. He made it very clear that he was focused on helping us out and finding the best home for us. This is exactly what he did. Nick stuck with us for over a year, and in the end helped us find an amazing home that my wife and I are super excited about. My wife Lisa and I can't thank Nick Holman and his eXp team enough for selling our old home and getting us in the new home in a chaotic housing market!
