Don't use rude and abusive people! I have used Felicione's since 1995, for 17 years!! During most of that time they provided good service and were customer oriented. Over the past couple of years something has been going on with them and they have turned into an awful service to use. They overcharge for things, when their employess come to do the service that your ordered from them they don't do what was promised but still charge you the same amount they quoted even though their employess did a shoddy job.
