Horrible experience and customer service. Had taken my car here to the body shop to have some work done. They had my car for 22 days at first. Keeping me very little informed of what about was going on during this time.Then when I was finally called to come pick up my car I went to pick it up and I left the dealership and was less then 5 minutes away when all my lights in my dash came on. I purchased my truck from Nick Crivelli. Best experience I've had trying to purchase a car. I've been looking for a while and have travelled all over the city, from Wexford/Cranberry, Jefferson Hills, Murrysville, all along Rte 30 and more (I live in Penn Hills). James was awesome, he went over and above to make sure our warranty would cover as much as possible, he was honest and up front with us, he also made sure we had a rental asap and our vehical was done in a timely manner...
Thanks Jim and George for the great deal on my new truck. Great small town service that is hard to find in the automotive business anymore. I also purchased my last truck there nearly 10 years ago and can say that their service and parts departments are top notch.

We used the body shop for my husbands car. They wanted us to drive a non drivable car for over a week before working on it. Enterprise had to help us get a rental authorized. When we pick it up they somehow destroyed the shift knob
