Nick and his team went above and beyond with the sale for us. He cleaned after the professional cleaners did their job, he set up a great reasonable construction team to help with some upgrades as we are out of state, and he met inspectors there when we couldn’t. I can’t recommend him enough for a super nice guy that also had great suggestions on many things.

Nick's expertise in the local market and his outstanding communication skills were invaluable during our homebuying process. We purchased from out of state ahead of a move without ever seeing the property but because of Nick's messages, pictures, and videos at showings and inspections we felt like we had already been there.
