Some agents only wants to show homes that their friends are selling. Some agents will only show homes that only benefits themselves. Nick showed me homes that I liked and was interested in. After checking out the one that I wanted, Nick called the builder and got my purchased/sales agreement started immediately. I was very happy with that, especially in this market where there's 30 offer to one home. I didn't have to deal with the buyer bidding war on this home.
