I sent Lee a cow for beef and it was to be split in half. We had 13 boxes split between 2 of us. I had 6 of the 13 boxes. My 6 boxes had all ground beef, 2 New York strips, 4 liver and 2 hearts (I didn’t order heart). I called Lee to let him know what was in my box and to see if he could fix it and he refused to fix it. I got screwed over on my beef and received nothing I asked for on the cut sheet. Recommendedwe stopped by today and got some ribeye steaks!!! we were just out riding in the country and found them! best steak I have ever eaten!!!! so tender and awesome flavor!!!! their summer sausage is awesome also!!!!

wonderful - down home folks - packaging on beef (you bring) is 1st class - their market has a wonderful variety of meat - you feel like a family member when you walk in and are greeted!!!
I have been eating their jerky for more decades than I will say. It is the best out there. The only issue is that I just can never seem it make it last. I love dealing with the family, I always feel warmth and friendship from them. I am never disappointed.
