RecommendedI have lived here since last May and will be renewing my lease for another year very soon. This is by far the best Bay City has to offer. Clean, quiet, and awesome employees.
Roaches, ceiling in laundry area caved in, kitchen faucet barely works, AC went out 5 times over the summer. Dumpsters are a quarter mile away. Poor staff communication. They require a 60 day leave notice. So when I got a job in another town, they’re charging me for an entire month that I won’t be living there AT A HIGHER RENT RATE THAN I HAD WHEN I WAS LIVING THERE! Not recommended at all.
Nice clean property. Always looks nice. Friendly office staff.
