Robert is a great technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell, he repairs. Such a big difference with other airco companys that have expensive adds everywhere.

I was looking for a new company to do my HVAC checkups in the fall and spring. I found Nichols Phipps in the Fairfax 2025 Top Pick Report last year and they have not let me down. Scheduling is very easy; the folks who answer the phone are courteous and responsive; the technicians are professional and knowledgeable; and everyone is friendly and nice. Steve arrived right on time and did a quality job on everything that we wanted. Also, he didn't try to upsell us or get us to buy unnecessary services. We will definitely be calling them again for our next plumbing needs.
