Steve arrived right on time and did a quality job on everything that we wanted. Also, he didn't try to upsell us or get us to buy unnecessary services. We will definitely be calling them again for our next plumbing needs.
Excellent job of repiping our entire 3-story townhouse (that was built in 1992 with now-banned polyB Qest pipe.) Reasonable pricing, all four guys were hard working, knowledgeable, and professional. Couldn't be happier with the project and new peace of mind!!!
Ky and the Nichols & Phipps team worked with me all day from 8am-4pm on the Saturday of MLK Day weekend to fix a very old oil furnace that needed hard-to-source parts. They tracked down the parts, called every oil vendor in the DC area to find someone who would come out on Saturday, and assured me that they would be with me until it was repaired. They even texted me that evening to make sure it was still working properly. If you want knowledgeable technicians and caring service, you cannot beat Nichols & Phipps.

Nichols and Phipps did an incredible job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo with PEX pipes. Fred made the whole process as stress-free as possible, and his team demonstrated true skill and professionalism in what was a complex job.
