I needed a pressure reducing valve replaced. I called around and Nichols & Phipps were the only ones willing to give me an estimate and come out without any upfront fee. The work was done by a professional, courteous, and competent young man (Steve). He answered all my questions and left me feeling my money was well spent.
Installed new water heater .Efficient, knowledgeable, professional. Very good workmanship. Very polite and friendly young men. Highly recommend.
Robert is a great technician. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Did not try to sell, he repairs. Such a big difference with other airco companys that have expensive adds everywhere.
