I've been to this location several times. They always are quick, inexpensive, and friendly. Most recently, I went there to have 2 sets of lift gate supports installed in the back hatch. Pepboys (where I got the parts) wanted to charge me almost $200 to install them. The guys at Nichols did it for $25 (their minimum labor charge). I would recommend this business & will be back, if needed before we move. Thank you!

The oil change was timely and correct but they acted like they had a problem when i asked them to wipe the dripping oil from my motor. The gentlemans response was "we sprayed it with water" . Since when will plain water remove black motor oil? Needless to say i ended up having to crawl under my truck to clean up their mess. I don't think so. Time it lube has no problem cleaning up any mess they have accidentally made.
