They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They did not have a large selection of magazines in the waiting room but that didn't really bother me as the wait time is minimal. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. Dr. Nichols was kind and empathetic. He was careful to explain my procedure, question my pain level and comfort throughout the duration, and made sure to follow up with me post visit. VERY proactive and considerate. Dr. Nichols' good sense of humor put me at ease and I will look forward to any future visits in Dr. Nichols' office. His staff was VERY friendly and pleasant to communicate with, also.
