We had an issue with an air conditioning unit we bought from Nichols. When I called the company, I spoke to Phil Nichols, who came out himself to assess the situation. He tracked down the parts and made sure it was fixed within a couple weeks. We are really happy and grateful!
Came in from out of state for home inspection with house under contract. HVAC inspector (another company) bailed. General Home Inspector said to "call Nichols". We did and within an hour Dawson was there professionally scrutinizing the HVAC system. He patiently answered questions and gave assurance the system only needed an hour and a half's worth of basic stuff overlooked at installation. A big thank you to both the office and technical field people at Nichols AC Specialists!
