. I purchased a 2005 ford f 150 from Justin Nicholls. He was an honest guy, didn’t try any gimmicks, and when I did have one small problem that was totally not his fault I brought it up to his shop and he fixed it right then and there. The guys in the shop joked around and made it comfortable for me while I waited 15 mins for him to fix it. The truck has a new transmission from his shop and it performs like it should. We took our truck to this shop a few years ago and had issues from the first day after recieving it back. I give them props for trying to make it right but after taking it back at least 10 times within a couple of months.....a few of those times it broke within 15 miles after leaving the shop....it was obvious we weren't getting anywhere. Now it's out of warranty and we're back to looking for a shop. I know many have had good luck here but for us it definitely wasn't worth the time or money.
Excellent work performed, in reasonable time, would highly recommend will get future transmission work done here. Had some other issues with the truck, Justin found a shop that could get to it right away
great shop highly recommend them to everyone he help me after a guy rip me off 3 times on a transmission work he was supposed to do but thanks to Justin he help me back on the road
