Nicole Dennis helped me sell my home in Pueblo in under a month, while also finding me my forever home in the Springs in record time. The market was volatile, due to the government shut down, which made the move all the more challenging, but Nicole was all over it. She knows both markets, has connections everywhere, was organized and determined and always kept my best interests in mind. Nicole worked incredibly hard, seemingly round the clock for me. Five stars for excellence.

Nichole works with clients to make sure both they are getting everything they want, they understand every detail and they are comfortable. She's protective and low pressure and does an amazing job!

I called because someone from your office hung a key lock box for another property on my gate! I had strangers on my porch all the time. She apologised for the inconvenience and had it moved. She was very understanding.

Nichole is just a phenomenal person. I haven’t done business with her, but she has been a big part of my life for 26 years and I can speak to her character. She has shown up for me during trying times, showing her loyalty in ways beyond comprehension. Most people just don’t go above and beyond like Nichole does.
