They were awesome! I called to get a last minute order and they stayed open a bit later than they needed to. I appreciated this extra care!
I had ordered from this florist for a long time and always was happy with the freshness of the flowers and the good delivery. Until last August. I ordered an arrangement for a friend's birthday to be delivered on a certain day, which was extra important because she was out of town until sometime the prior evening. The florist delivered it the day before, leaving it on my friend's front porch. I did not receive notice of this. The next day, my friend told me she found them on her porch. I always order flowers for my favorite teacher to be delivered to her school this year as always they were beautiful delivered on time and my teacher is a happy teacher thank you so much
Very upset with my experience here...it's my sons senior prom an I had heard so many good things about this florist so I jumped online an in the picture attached u will see what I ordered and WANTED the lavender roses an u will c what I GOT. they look NOTHING alike. And of course it's to late to try an rework something else without paying way to much. Very upset.
Couldn’t have asked for any better customer service 🥰 they make you feel like family, excellent service! Especially with me living out of town, they gave an extra touch🥰
