Dr. Rafaill is the best! I have 3 children who see him and I could not be any happier! I am soooo impressed that I started treatment myself. He is very kind and takes his time explaining everything. The staff are always willing to accomodate. It is a service based office. I am a nurse and have worked with many doctors over the years and Dr. Rafaill is very impressive.
