He did not listen to my concerns about the crooked denture that I came to him for help with. He then took the same crooked denture and placed my implants not according to my anatomy but instead based them on the crooked denture. They were too big, bulky, slanted, ugly, painful, and sticking out of my mouth. They could not be removed so I was forced to wear them like this for a year. From my very first visit with Dr. Theodotou, I realized his talent and his expertise, and that he easily related to patients. After a call from my dentist, “Dr. Nick” agreed to see me within an hour. I was very anxious because I knew there was a concern about cancer. After an initial conversation and exam, it was decided to keep the area under observation, which we did for several weeks. The minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Everyone was very professional and kind. Dr Theodotou was so kind and talked with me about any and all procedures that can be done. Hope. I left with hope. He spoke with me in detail. He is going to call and speak with my Arthritis doctor and the medicine I’m on. Getting all the ducks in a row before even starting. They required a 200.00 deposit far in advance of surgery. When I discovered a surgeon much closer to my home they refused to refund me my deposit, although the doc I signed did not state it was non-refundable? when questioned about this they said "We do not give money back". So know up front they have no qualms about keeping money they did not provide service for.

Well, first of all, is "the manner of excellance" that you will note when having the pleasure of being a patient, is the Professionalism of Dr. Theodotou's Staff. I had an oral problem that other Dentists could not or were not trained to handle. After thorough testing, Dr. Nick came with a diagnosis and therapy for the problem. As we progressed it was obvious the problem was as diagnosed and the therapy perfect. The oral problem was not a drill and fill, out the door. It required weekly checking and small adjustments to the therapy for a few months. All in all, I was saved from possible major future problems. Dr Nick listens to each patient and helps them decide the best treatment plan for the patient! He calls you after surgery too! How cool is that! The doctor calls you!
Greatest experience ever for an oral surgeon. Dr Nick is very through and quick. Explains every step is is doing and also called to check on me 4 hours after I left his office.
Let me start out by saying, I usually do not leave reviews, however, I feel this time it was warranted. Dr. Nick and his staff went above and beyond to make sure each step of this process of having my wisdom teeth removed was a smooth and painless as possible. Dr. Nick listened to my concerns and addressed each one, not rushing me through my appointment. He is friendly and professional as are all of his staff. Ms. Suzanne called to remind me of my appointment and again worked to ease my worry.
