RecommendedBesides our car being broke into when we first moved here,I would say for the most part a pretty good place to live. Conveniently next to Y! And not far from the schools!
My wife and I lived here from Oct 2011 until March of 2017. Staff was always courtious and kind. Up keep of the property and residence was always taken care of. We would recommend Nicholas Square to anyone.

I have lived here since February. I have had nothing but great experiences and enjoy living here. The office is always very nice, and the apartments are well kept. Not many issues with the townhouse that you wouldn't expect out of and older home, BUT The maintenance man is great! Always very nice and comes on time. He comes all times of the night when ever we needed him. Very well kept property!
