I have been a patient of Nick's for many years. He is a great dentist. Always takes his time to explain things that need to be done. Office staff is very friendly, also great about sending appt. reminders. Very satisfied patient!

Dr. Kugia and his professional dental hygienists and assistants have taken care of our teeth since we moved to Elgin from Wisconsin 4-1/2 years ago. We are very pleased with all the services he has provided so far. Our teeth are "performing" very well under his care. And Dr. Kugia is aware that we have no dental insurance and that we're on a fixed income, so his services are cost effective. We highly recommend Dr. Kugia to anyone looking for a good dentist.
