Trying to get in touch with anyone from their office is like pulling teeth. I have been trying to get my prorated rent check for almost TWO YEARS now. Their incompetence & lack of professionalism is unreal. They sent out a check to the address on their file (the apartment complex THEY OWN that they should know no longer existed??) without confirming a mailing address & have refused to help me ever since. I have emailed just about everyone in that office, & haven't heard from them since January of 2022.

The apartment management of Bertha Villafranca and Yolanda Dominguez at Bellevue at Pecan Grove accepted the housing assistance payments from the Federally FUNDED RENT RELIEF PROGRAM and allowed the eviction with a judgement to go through. The ENTIRE amount of the judgement was covered by the funds they willingly and knowingly accepted and did not inform ANYONE. It was NOT accepted by mistake or oversite as they may want to pretend. Doo doo properties big stinky doo doo. Toilet won’t flush and property management will not help.
Horrible experience with these unprofessional smart/dumb women in the office. Utility charges are billed twice for one month, they expect you to pay their monthly electricity charge as well as your service provider (2) billis..valet trash 30 dollars a pet charge of 15 dollars monthly don't have a pet. They have stolen my money from my account and they are very dishonest individuals, lie without a conscious!! Please save yourself the headache look elsewhere.
