After my appointment, they told me I couldn't have my contact prescription unless I either bought contacts from them or paid the difference between what they wanted to charge and what the insurance would pay for my fitting. That violated both their contract with my insurance company and FTC rules. They did not let me have my prescription until I came back with a printed out copy of the Contact Lens Rule with the applicable sections underlined to demonstrate how they were in violation of the law.
I've seen this doctor a few times. He's very efficient and personable. Very kind and explains everything to you/answers all your questions. Staff is really nice and professional, also. Highly recommend!
I used to go here. Staff is rude and unprofessional. By far the worst customer service I have ever had. I would recommend that you find another doctor.
Dr. Antoni himself is okay. However, the office staff is rude. When you ask a question, they talk to you with an attitude. Despite the doctors service, I will never return due to office staff. I am extremely disappointed in there LACK of customer service. I wonder if that's why they have so many signs up about patient conduct...reminding the patient to be nice. Maybe they should take their own advice.
Best doc around! He takes his time with you and his staff does as well. They will find exactly what you need and want. Been going for over 15 years!
